i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station and tram lines it made getting around very easy the room was very comfy and tidy with a good bed and shower the staff were friendly and helpful i liked how they stored my gluten free items. the breakfast had many options a great way to start the day
the absence of a mini fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience it would have been useful for keeping drinks cool or storing leftovers

Check-in was quick and efficient. The city bus pass was a great addition (it allowed for easy travel throughout the city). The hotel's proximity to the train station simplified travel.
The pillows were unfortunately too soft for my liking, which affected my sleep quality.
